NEW YORK, January 17th, 2022 – As previously reported by numerous outlets Logan Paul purchased the believed to be only known sealed 1st Edition Pokemon case for 3.5 million. Despite the authentication by the Baseball Card Exchange (BBCE) the Pokemon sealed case bought by Logan Paul authenticity was questioned. In response, Shyne announced today that he has refunded Paul, stating “despite multiple organizations authenticating cards, legitimate collectors like myself and Logan Paul are being put at risk by a system that drastically needs reform. I would not have paid $2.65 million for this case if it had not been authenticated by a reputable company.

Shyne believes trading cards as an investment shouldn’t be like buying penny stock companies from the NYSE. “To date every solution presented hasn’t been an end-to-end solution; more regulation and/or private sector innovation is required to help resolve this pervasive issue” according to Shyne. An expert card collector moving the private sector, Shyne has worked hand in hand with Ken Goldin (founder of Goldin Auctions) along with other top industry professionals.

He was first noticed by the masses for selling a Luka Doncic Rc Auto Logoman for 4.6 million back in Feb 2021 from his personal collection which was a record sale at the time. He has since demonstrated unique skills in creating value in this sector and is a respected industry leader.
